What credits buy
Every paid step has one price in credits, and you see it before anything runs. Steps that cost us nothing cost you nothing.

Questions about plans
What counts as a check?
An email check asks the mail server whether one mailbox exists. A "who left" check looks up whether one person still works at the company in their row, and where they went. Duplicates, bad formats and dead company domains are checked on every row and never counted.
When does my allowance reset?
On the 1st of every month. Unused checks do not carry over to the next month.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing breaks. The rest of the list is still checked for duplicates, formats and dead companies, and the report says which rows were not checked for the rest. Use "Ask for more" on your Account page, or wait for the 1st.
Do I pay anything during the beta?
No. Everyone starts on Free beta with 2 "who left" checks to try (more as bonuses for inviting a colleague and finishing your first list) and 2,500 email checks a month, no card needed. If you need more, ask and we will move you to a bigger plan for free while the beta runs.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
When paid plans start, an upgrade takes effect straight away and your new allowance applies this month. A downgrade takes effect on the 1st of the next month, so you keep what you paid for. You can cancel any time; there is no contract.
Is there a yearly price?
Not yet. Beta users hear first when paid plans and any yearly discount start.
